A pegasus, designed by Fumiaki Kawahata and folded by me (that is my hand!). This is probably the most complex and time consuming fold I can make. It took me about 4 hours of folding. I used an uncut square of baking paper because you need very thin paper to fold the model properly and it was the only one available to me...in my kitchen!
