Origami Pegasus by Orestigami Origami Pegasus by Orestigami
A pegasus, designed by Fumiaki Kawahata and folded by me (that is my hand!). This is probably the most complex and time consuming fold I can make. It took me about 4 hours of folding. I used an uncut square of baking paper because you need very thin paper to fold the model properly and it was the only one available to me...in my kitchen!

Would you recommend baking paper to make origami in general? Because I want to make a bunch of origami thats "pure" and "heavenly". Baking paper would probably be the best and easiest to get for it.

please tell me you have instructions to do this someplace-!!
every time i try to get stuff off the net to do origami i get either the easy junk or i'm told to buy a book. i cant get a job, have NO money to pay bills, so buying a book, even a cheap one, is out of the question. all i can do in my free time is try to not let the around-the-corner possibility of dying in the gutter drive me insane by distracting myself with hobbies--such as origami.
PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE tell me there are instructions on the net-!

I used a 33x33cm square, the maximum size I can get from the roll of baking paper. I made other renditions of this pegasus from regular paper but I had to use bigger squares (40-45cm).

Instructions are in the book "Origami Fantasy" by Fumiaki Kawahata.
You can purchase it here [link]
or search the net for scans (just google "origami fantasy kawahata").
It's a very complex fold, though, aimed to experienced folders!

Grandioso!

:dummy:
